My mother in law who I adore is 96 and just starting getting ill. I decided to get this book last week and we started writing in it this week. It has been fabulous! The quotes on every page are worth it alone. We have a reminisced and enjoyed going down memory lane. Her memory is impeccable and it even jogged her memory back to who her childhoods friends were, I can't remember what I ate for dinner last night. It's a great way for family to sit around and ask the questions and enjoy your loved one recollect and reflect on their life starting with how much they weighed. Of course some of the answers were vague but you would be surprised at how much you learn just by asking the questions in the book. We have enjoyed it and will enjoy it in years to come.

My mother is 50 yrs old, looks 30 and is no where near to Alzheimer's, dementia, ext. but this was the PERFECT Christmas present for her this past year! As my Mom gets older and has experienced a lot of heartbreak and loss I noticed her reflecting on her life experiences a lot lately. I thought this book would be a great way for her to memorialize those thoughts and leave behind a legacy for her children and grandchildren. I was not wrong! The book itself is excellent quality, and the prompts are interesting and thought provoking. Would definitely recommend purchasing this journal!
